The tracking system is confusing.
Reporting executive was very understanding and flexible when it came to vacation and time off and valued the importance in regards to performance and well-being
Pretty standard, I would say, though pretty big gap between 2 and 15 years to accrue more vacation.
Lots of vacation time and sick days that increased with seniority. On the negative side, as a director I found it hard to use all my days since I worked hard and the days expired at the end of each year.
Vacation time is offered in tiers. The first five years you don't get much at all.
After 10+ years you get 4 1/2 weeks of paid vacation.
