“Great match and contributions ”
“Health insurance of the company are great”
“It is standard like many other companies - 3 weeks to start.”
3 weeks PTO starting off which is decent. Good medical plans, great 401k company contributions
Best: decent health benefits Worst: 3 years to receive 401K match
Parental leave for 8 weeks is wonderful
Health insurance has declined in benefits and gone up in cost substantially since 2016
Good benefits that stretch beyond “common” benefit portfolio. Student loan assistance payment program, adoption assistance, pet insurance, etc.
401k - 4% match and an additional 4% core contribution match to start.
Pay inequality is very prevalent.
1 hour of unpaid lunch, pays for college tuition if full/part time
401k 6% match, up to 20% stock option, 1 or two weeks vacation first year depending when you start. Then it takes 5 yrs to get 3rd week
good benefiits great benefits ok benefits
