    Not really much to offer. Health insurance really expensive for minimum package. Two days of vacation/personal days for 8 years of employment.

    I like to evaluate current procedures and processes when possible to identify any foreseeable issues or concerns. I find that being proactive in a situation, when possible, is much better than being reactive. Also, when I'm proactive in planning for a project and the needs to react to a situation arises, it's much easier to move to a Plan B when there is a solid Plan A in place."

    Health insurance is satisfactory, though with a fairly high deductible, and vacation and sick leave are good. There is a free lunch for one teacher in the classroom, though it's usually pretty bad, as it's the school food, but free is free. 401K isn't part of the package, though I believe it's an option; there is no employer match. COLA are received, but the last one was nine months after the agreement was reached; there are no pay raises, only when the job classification has changed.

    They offer sick days, holidays, 401k and health benefits which are expensive. Over $300/mth for single person. The dental and vision is offered together, but because my orientation fell after the enrollment period, I won't be able to enroll until next year in August! (I know..crazy, right?) The starting pay is really low(under $10/hr)..and a bachelors degree is required. I'm not thrilled about the pay, but I'm accepting for the experience and hopefully move up in the organization.

    The benefits were average for a big company such as Head Start in Macon. There was really no room for time of unless you had document for a good excuse.

    Over all good benefits. Even part time employees get full benefits suck as sick days, personal days , and vacation days. They also have 401k and they matched part of it.
