401K for teachers and a decent health insurance program. HSA, FSA, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement are all available. Very accommodating of breast-feeding mothers.
The best aspects of NHA's benefits package is the 401k match up to 6% and immediately 100% vested. Health insurance was kept competitive within education industry. Some of the worst aspects to NHA's benefits package are no paternity leave, work from home opportunities were limited to only certain teams within the service center and no tuition assistance program.
401k matches $0.50 per dollar up to 6%.
401k and health/dental insurance are great benefits
The health insurance is excellent. There is dental and, vision. They provided a PPO through Blue Cross Blue Shield and their response time to claims is fast.
The fact that your check is a little smaller lol But there are lots of benefits for full time employess.401K, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, lots of discounts places, travel mileage for Professional development days
My medical is a low price for a much better benefit than I had at my previous employer. I wish they offered maternity benefits.
The benefits package is great and not expensive.
BCBS PPO or HMO, tuition reimbursement, marching 401k HSA
The medical insurance was amazing. The retirement was lousy. No sick days technically offered as a matter of policy, but they were allowable as a matter of practice. The policy over time off was not very clear and is not comparable to that offered by other schools.
