Does not provide a separate housing stipend which can be a deterrent if you aren't a local candidate. They do provide a salary which is sufficient to cover housing and still leave you a profit but it could make a difference if you have multiple offers.
Telework benefits vary by supervisor. I have been lucky to have a very flexible work situation. Maternity leave is unpaid, save for use of sick/vacation leave time. Federal benefits allow for a 401k like arrangement with TIP, but the government pension of long ago is long gone. On site gym is decent for only $12/mo; on site child care facility is competitive with region, though there is a wait list.
Generous Leave Policy. Dental Insurance: the medical insurance covers basic preventive dental. If you need more coverage, you have to pay all the premium for anything extra.

Benefits are "ok" at best. they aren't really great compared to private sector but they are good enough to get by on.
The worst thing is you loose it all when widespread corruption forces you out.
I do not have a full package of benefits there because I was a contract employee.
