    Not sure about Maternity, but they offer 2 wks Paternity leave for fathers. Plus its flexible when you can take it.

    2 weeks off paternity leave out of sick time (that accumulates faster than you can use it, unless you fake sickness). Somewhat makes up for high cost of having baby due to NI's terrible insurance.
