You can accumulate 3 weeks vacation time within a year that allows 40 hours to roll over to the next year, they offer health insurance benefits, they do "Golden Tickets" that allow you have the day off and be paid even if your within your 90 days.

This companies benefits are great! From our 401K being matched by 50% up to 4%, life insurance that is provided from employer, this year as all employees across the USA had an increase in coverage rates, ours stayed the same due to National Medical Billing Services eating the increase. I have absolutely no complaints!
This company matches your 401K 50%, which I think is outstanding, they also provide life insurance for their employees at no cost to them, and this year when medical insurance went up, National Medical Billing Services ate that cost and kept their employees responsibility the same!!! They are always trying to help employees out in all aspects
Company has several excellent perks like free snacks, drinks, flexible times and extra holidays paid that are not holidays.
The best part about the benefits package is the minimal out of pocket cost.

The benefits package is great. The company really try's hard to keep are benefits affordable.
Pay is horrible compared to industry standards. Health benefits should be better considering high demand/ high stress affects health so drastically. 3 weeks of vacation per year accrued at 10 hours per month is the only plus.
