“The company offers two health insurance plans for all full time employees to choose from. One of them is a traditional PPO plan and the other is a HDHP (high deductible health plan). Also offers HSA/FSA plans for the plans if you would like to use. ”
“NMBS is excellent with vacation time and paid time off. Generous. ”
“The employee matching and the ability to customize investments/allocate in whatever way you’d like. They also ensure that a financial advisor is available to assist if you’d like.”
The benefits are extensive and include eye care and dental.
The medical, dental and vision benefits are great!! The company just started to match retirement and that is fantastic. The company also works with Aflac and it has come in handy for me already.
The benefits are great as far as I know! National Medical takes into consideration during your 90 day trial but the effective dates are immediately thereafter while using the benefits like PTO are too.
We have great Medical. The yearly deductible could be less but its way less than other companies. The 401K is good as of next year it will be matched.
The benefits are very reasonable where my rates are concerned. I love that I can just role over my 401K without penalties. My employers risk is high and that to me is worth its weight in gold. I can not only afford the benefit packets offered but my children as well.
National Medical Billing Services really strives to provide as many benefits to their employees as they can. The best benefit for me as a coder is the ability to work from home. The medical, dental and vision plans are amazing!! There are so many benefits to working for this company!!
I have not surpassed my 90 days so I do not have benefits yet
Medical benefits are outstanding. Medical, dental and vision coverage at very reasonable rates.
They have several options to choose from. You don't have to choose the typical PPO health insurance. They have Medical, Dental, Vision, and much more. They also keep you updated on any news or updates from the insurance by email. I think the cost is reasonable for me because I would have a hard time getting approved with an insurance outside of work, and if I did get approved outside of work the benefits would be horrible and even more expensive that what cost through work.
The best part of the benefits package is that there are several options to choose from, no just one plan, also a lot of extras are offered at a minimal & affordable price.
