I've worked with the company for over eight years and from the beginning, an importance has been placed on making sure employees have a strong benefits package with minimal out of pocket expense to the employee. First year employees receive three weeks PTO which increases to four weeks after five years of employment and five weeks after 10 years (also an allowance to roll over 40 hours of PTO into the next year if not used). They've also developed and PTO donation bank to assist employees who need additional time off due to unexpected emergencies. In addition to PTO, full medical benefits, 401k, supplemental life and disability insurance, the company offers employees three hours/week to work-out on company time!
