Gain one week every 5 years, health insurance downgraded from Cigna to BCBS which is a lot more expensive
They match up to 4%. The first 5 years they will do a retirement contribution percentage of 2.5% and it goes up 0.5% every 5 years after that to a max of 5.5% at 30 years. This contribution is a percentage of your annual salary. They offer both Traditional 401K and Roth 401K.
National Oilwell Varco used to have great benefits packages, however as oil dropped in price, the cutbacks increased
