“Not good, no one takes it”
“People need to be able to accrue more time off”
“DEFINITELY need to offer a larger 401K match”
Health, dental, vision insurance. HSA and FSA plans. Paid vacation and PTO time
Definitely need a way better 401K match! More PTO time, and over all, better pay. This corporation is kind of cheap.
limited options available and expensive
Only covers 60% of maternity leave for 6 weeks
Fairly Priced (but wages still low so pretty unaffordable for entry level FT employees).
health, vision, dental, 401k with a small company match, PTO, sick time and holiday time
I feel well compensated overall - decent pay for job and vacation time. The insurance provided was pretty useless (no doctor offices accepted locally) unfortunately but I would expect this not uncommon given the state of our health care system and not NVA's fault
Corporate benefits were good, individual hospital plans weren't as good
They just enhanced their benefit package to include a 401k match, TalkSpace and ClassPass.
All benefits are mediocre, health insurance and 401k are worst offenders
