The benefits are pretty low grade, I've had better insurance in the past with other companies. The sick time is a joke (32 hours per year) and vacation time is 3.33 hours per pay period, that's less than 8 hours a month.

No 401K Matching. Benefits are expensive. You only get 3 sick days a year. Grossly under pay staff on ALL levels. Only major holidays off: Christmas day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July, Memorial and Labor Day. You can work from home occasionally if you ask in advance.
