Nationwide has a good 401(k) plan. They provide 50% company match for up to 8% of your salary. They could provide a higher match percentage like some of the other companies.

Decent 401k match. I cannot recall the exact percentage, but it was in line with other large corporations and the money went in each pay.

The best thing about the 401k is the company match.

The plan is administered via Fidelity & has decent fund options (large, mid, small cap, bonds, target funds, etc.). As of 2019, when you contribute to your plan, Nationwide matches 50% of the first 8% of your pay. However, it takes 5 years to fully vest. You're vested in employer contributions incrementally with 20% each year until 5 full years of service.
