NTC offers the following insurance benefits after 60 days of employment:
PAID HOLIDAYS - NTC observes 7 paid holidays throughout the year in which eligible employees are paid for time off work (eligible after 90 days of continuous employment).
RETIREMENT PLAN - 401(K) - NTC provides a company sponsored Retirement Plan after 6 months of employment with company matching.
PTO - NTC provides a Paid Time Off Plan to all full time employees after 90 days:
10 Days of PTO annually – Year 1 - 2
15 Days of PTO annually – Year 3 - 9
20 Days of PTO annually – Year 10 - 19
25 Days of PTO annually – Year 20+

They offer pretty good Health and Dental Insurance with options to choose from.
Decent health care insurance, company pays good portion of it, 401k matching, and free life insurance.
I really loved how much coverage that we had available to us and HR was very supportive when there was questions that came up. The only downside was waiting 6 months to get the Benefits package.
NTC has a benefits package that improves every year, and is a great combination of benefits and perks! My favorites are the Health Savings Account, 401k with company matching, free gym membership, and flex schedule!
It is a wonderful thing in this day and age to find a company which will hire you for 40 hours and pay you benefits. Health, vision, dental, free life insurance, rewards for meeting Department goals, flexible work hours, casual work dress for most days, 7 paid holidays, earned paid days off and paid vacations and just some of the benefits offered to employees.
Insurance is expensive and does not cover much. There is a free employee assistance program that benefits many employees.
