Benefits are really good. Sick time and vacation are in one "bucket" but it is very generous. Health, dental, eye, and life insurance offered.
Really good vacation as an entry-level employee. They give you extra paid-time off for blood donations, which helps you feel good about what the company stands for. Fair, but not exceptional 401k match (maxes out at 3% of your salary per year), but one of a few companies left that has a decent pension plan.
The vacation time is excellent but the company will not compensate associates for unused vacation other than to allow associates to carry over five unused days from the prior year.
Benefits were pretty standard. Your sick time and personal time are combined into one amount.
Good benefits and availability to work from home when needed.
