The company gym is convenient, and employees have access to it 24/7
personal time off for all needed time off, 401K, standard medical benefits expensive to have spouse on same insurance if there is coverage offered at their workplace, can carry over only 5 days of pto
Great options, especially strong retirement benefits and good options for flexible work scenarios.
401k, Pension plan. On site nurse and 24x7 nurse hotline. Paid time off that accrues with years of employment.
I have no complaints about benefit package - it could always be cheaper
Time off is by far the best perk with around 18 days plus holidays. 401k with Nationwide offering to match up to 6%. Recently switched benefits company and definitely more expensive.
There is only an option for a high deductible plan or an even higher deductible plan with HSA.
Best was time off. Worst was employee advocate department.
When I worked there, they offered 401k plus a pension, education reimbursement, and 18 days of personal time off. They also had great health insurance options and many more benefits.
Great place And great benefits. Flexible work environment. Great time off program. Supportive environment. Company stands behind their associates. Awesome place.
