Good Benefits Package and Great Retirement Package
The health insurance is atrocious. I wish I could pay out of pocket. After the high premiums out of your check and the high deductible, it's just like paying out of pocket AND paying premiums until the very end of the year...if at all. Vacation, 401k, etc are industry average
Decent benefits, including pensions, 401k plan, and educational compensation. But no sick leave (now taken from your accrued vacation time). Very high deductible medical pans. Diminished retiree packages.
Nationwide offers the "mercedez benz" benefits package for it's employees and their families. They also offer monetary incentives to encourage healthy lifestyles and a work-life balance.
Vacation is more than generous even for new hires and there are at least 9 paid holidays per year.
Great Benefits for family and individuals.
