“They want their employees to use their time off and vacation.”

  • 401K Plan(57 comments)

“Good percentage of company match for the 401 k. The managing company is good and also offers webinars to help invest and save.”

  • Health Insurance(27 comments)

“Expensive health Insurance with high deductible plans only. The coverage is terrible. Employees are charges extra for the health insurance if they do...”

Pension, 401(k), and pretty generous time off policy!

All the benefits are worth the money and you get a lot of them.

The medical, dental, and vision insurance are great. There is also a 401k match.

The company has an amazing culture, but the benefits seem to be lagging behind. In addition to non-competitive salary (from conversations with peers in the industry), the health insurance is a high-deductible plan, the 401k match is alright, the time off is about industry minimum from what I have seen. It is a lovely place to work, but you won't have rich health insurance or a surplus of time off.

1/2 6% 401k math, pension program on top of that. Okay health plan, with a 1.5k DED, HSA available.

This company still offers a pension, which is obviously a pretty nice perk. But the health benefits are not great and seem to get worse each year.

Decent benefits when compared to other companies in the Central Ohio area in terms of price and coverage. Paid time off could be better, especially for new employees. There is a flex schedule policy but be warned that it is not company wide and is very difficult to get in most areas.

    High Deductible Health care plans

Terrible health plans. Dental and vision are standard.

The health insurance is horrible! All high deductible plans the a single person is still paying $120 a month for then pays any medical bills 100% until the deductible is met for the year.
