They have great paid time off.
The benefits package is great. The company contributes to spouse and dependents medical and dental plans. The 401K employer-contribution is also competitive. There are generous time off opportunities - NR Days are the best with the company allowance of $1500 to go take a 5 night stay at a destination of your choice.

The benefits are very generous. The amount of vacation time you get off the bad and the perk of being able to stay at some of our vacation rentals - pretty incredible.

15 days paid vacation per year plus all federal holidays off. Unlimited sick time. 5 additional paid days for staying at one of the company's locations (for a small fee). Nice social events and healthy snacks. Decent 401K.

Company pays 60% of healthcare and matches up to 6% on 401K plan. Healthcare is still expensive though.
