Summer Fridays, generous vacation, can work from home
good benefits pto was good
Overall good package and support from HR regarding options, etc. Pretty comparable within the industry.
Benefits were good overall; great perk was alternate summer fridays off with extra time in days prior.
good package good time off
Nature Publishing Group (recently merged with Springer and is now called Springer Nature) has a standard benefits package offered to full-time employees. Good health, vision and dental.
Good vacation accrual for longterm employees, though that may change after the merger is finished. In general you are allowed to take vacations when you want to and they are fairly respectable of work/life separation (this may be dependent on manager/department). Health plan is more expensive than many, but it's fairly comprehensive coverage. Good hours for those with non-traveling positions. Summer Fridays are a nice perk that many other companies have done away with. Free coffee in the pantries. Etrac for pre-tax metrocards. Obviously it doesn't come near the benefits/perks at a tech or financial company.
Generous and organized benefit package. It makes life very easy when all of the benefits are as carefully thought out as they are here.
Perks was traveling for conferences in different states and countries
Good medical coverage and vacation and holiday package. However, retirement plan no longer offered and bonuses only offered to some individuals.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
