Naughty Dog and its parent company Sony Interactive Entertainment America provide a great benefit package for their employees. In addition to the more critical big-ticket items like insurance, 401k + matching, and paid time off, there are a number of nice extras that come along with being in the Sony/PlayStation group like discounted hardware & software, movie tickets, and the like.
