Benefits are offered to part-time employees
It’s been awhile since I worked anywhere else but over past few years the cost of insurance have gone up
Offers retirement plans matching up to 7%. Receive personal time and vacation time off (paid time off is accumulated and increases the longer you work there)
The compensation package offered was slightly above average compared to other healthcare systems in the region
Benefits provide great coverage but can be costly. Local network provides lots of choices. Penalty to add spouse to benefits is a disadvantage. Pharmacy options can be limited.
Health insurance, dental insurance, vision, 401k
Limited number of employees means stretching every employee as far as they can go..... will be called in & will be pulled to other areas!!! Insurance benefits decent for local in-network healthcare BUT specialists & long distance can be a struggle!! Retirement plan is a plus! Pay is NOT competitive even with recent raises!! Compensation to, appreciation & respect for front line employees is virtually nonexistent & overshadowed by an ever growing upper management preoccupied with $$$####'s rather than safety of staff or patients!!! SAD.. SAD...SAD!!!!
There are varied tiers of health insurance available. Dental and vision insurance are available. On site employee pharmacy. HSA and retirement options
had 403 not 401k
Stopped contributing to pension, now contribute very small amount to 401k
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
