    Was one of the perks of working for Navient, they have changed dental and vision providers recently, which has reduced the coverage and co-pay for these benefits.

    Navient offers medical dental and vision coverage at a reasonable price. The benefits package is one way they trap people into staying with the company as the working conditions are awful.

    Very very very expensive. They tell you to participate in different tests so you can receive discounts but even after the discounts, you still pay an arm an a leg out of every check and you also have to pay a LARGE deductible.

    When you do a HDHP you start a health savings account which they pay to maintain and they donate either 500 or 1000 a year into your account which covers most of your deductible.
