Decent amount for PTO per year, however it may be difficult to use given the consulting work level.

Yes you can travel and get paid.

Vacation and paid time off was average.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Consultant in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Senior consultant gets 3 weeks of vacation. One can carry over a maximum of 2 weeks per year. Another 10 days of sick time per calendar year. This time expires if one doesn't use it.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Registrar in Panama City, Florida

The accrual rates for this company is decent. Before our interim supervisor started, it was no problem to get time off approved as long as it was before the next schedule was posted. However, now it is awful. No PTO is being approved.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Administrative Manager in Chicago, Illinois

    Fairly competitive time off plan

  • Jan 12, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Director in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Vacation and paid time off is fair at Navigant; however, incentive to work continuously for clients is still there.

  • Aug 13, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Consultant in New York, New York State

120 hours annually until you reach Managing Consultant level where it increases to 160. Management have 'discretionary time off' and do not have upper limit on hours they can take. This lopsided benefit does not speak well for the firm.
