Navy Federal Credit Union grants paid holidays and vacation, and the opportunity to donate vacation time to other employees.
It was okay at best and nothing to brag about . The time you accrued isn't much and they make a big deal every time you take off. They always act short handed
Takes a while to accrue PTO
After a short 3 years of employment you are bumped up to 15 paid days off per year plus holidays. At 15 years of service they bump you to 20 days
Time off gets better after 3years. Its pretty easy to get days off also.
Very competitive when Leave is announced you better be there before your scheduled shift to ask for the time off. 4x10 is even harder to set time

Vacation is 15 days per year (20 for higher roles) and changes to 20 days after 3 years of employment at the company.

All national holidays off and after you reach a certain amount of seniority your annual leave hours earned almost doubles per pay period
4 hours of annual leave and 3 hours of sick leave banked every two weeks. Annual leave bumps to 6 hours per 2 weeks after 3 years of employment.
