Pretty good insurance! I use the copay plan, a little higher than some, but still very good. No matching 401K.
Lack of 401(k) matching for a company this size is disappointing. However I do appreciate the 7 sick leave days per year and the recent inclusion of both short-term and long-term disability benefits, which seems more generous than other companies in Florida.
Health care benefits are incredibly expensive.

The health insurance barely covered anything. I've never paid a higher copay than when I was insured with their health insurance company. Thank goodness I was rarely ill.
Health insurance isn't that great and is fairly pricey for what you get. Not easy to use if you don't live in Florida. For those in ATL and DC offices probably doesn't match up. 401K doesn't match, even for non sales personnel. Some people work from home, but not just offered for regular employees.

Competitive benefits offered and options to add anything necessary. You get coverage but can add HSA, increase 401k deductions, etc
They are too expensive....especially if you have a family. SEVERE ON THE WALLET!
