Are beginning to develop contemporary benefits and get rid of 1980's health care benefits. Hard work.
Solid retirement options. Dental/Vision plan is inexpensive if you are using basic services/annual exams only. Health insurance has taken a step backwards. Very limited on what the plan covers until deductible is met, especially for what we pay each month
Health insurance is expensive and they pretty much force you to use their doctors. Only a handful of Methodist and Children's Physicians are in network. CHI is not covered at all. So if you have a doctor with any of them kiss them goodbye. There are no employee discounts. The other hospitals will give you your first pair of scrubs , not here. I shelled out close to $50 on just one set because you have to have a specific color and it has to be branded. If you want a jacket to wear while working those are costly too.
Health Insurance Horrible for 2018
Great benefits package, medical, dental and vision coverage. 401K, vacation and sick time. I think the benefits were great compared to other organizations.
health benefits could be better.
The benefits through NE Medicine are horrible. Not to mention that the training that took place for the benefits did not help matters. The cost and out of pocket, plus poor customer service is not what I thought NE Medicine stood for. If I could get insurance through my significant other, I would!
This company provides benefits however has recently changed their benefit package. They have gone to a high-deductible health insurance plan so plan on paying around $4,000 deductible.
The benefits are no longer desirable to continue working here.
Insurance is expensive. PTO accumulation is below average.
