Neighborhood Health's benefits package is good, which helps to make up for the often low pay. There is sick time, vacation time, 2 floating holidays, and a day off for your birthday. It would be preferable to have one bank of PTO. Medical, Dental and Vision are all offered. For employees on the lower end of the salary these are reasonably priced and in some cases free. The company has a tuition reimbursement, but this isn't always clearly explained. Information on this benefit is held closely, you would have to speak with HR to take advantage of it. It is probably the best reason to work here if you have educational goals and can take advantage of it.
Provides great health, dental and vision. Employee contribution to insurance premiums is tied to salary level but great overall. 401K but no matching :(
