5 days a year and it's not enough
start accruing vacation time after 6 months of employment - 1st year is barely a week. Vacation pay depends on how you get paid salary/hourly/commission
They offer vacation and paid time off, but it was difficult using, and a confusing process as well
First three months of job you are not allowed any PTO
As a 37.5 hr employee i earn less vaca days a month then 40hrs. Sick days are unpaid for day 1 then % for day 2.
Vacation Time off request were very difficult to use PTO due to the "black out calendar" Vacation accrual was horrible, after 5 years you finally get 3 weeks of vacation. Boss would micromanage having to go to a Dr's appointment! No sick days and only 2 Personal days a calendar year.
The company really takes care of you and they were very understanding not only towards me but to others who needed the help.
You can only carry over 2 weeks. Carry over is based on your hire date.
