“The benefit is comparable to other companies.”
“For contractors, 401k plan is provided by staffing agency”
“lots of vacation vacation days. But you get grief if asking to use them. And always end up being called and emailed when off. ”
Great benefits, 401K matching is not as generous as some larger companies.
Company only provides partial 401(k) match
Commuter stipend is great, medical/dental/vision is great, and standard 401k matching.
Health care packages were great.
Best benefit was Nektar’s vesting policy
The benefits package was relatively solid; it offered many perks that are to be expected from bay area pharma/ biotech. It may not be as good as very large companies but it is extensive for a middle sized company. Best: Good health insurance options Worst: lack of direct tuition assistance, mediocre 401k match
Best: commuter benefits are great; health / dental / vision insurance are also very good. Worst: can't think of a bad benefit.
they have a great benefits package, including good health/ visions/ dental insurance and great commuter benefits (GO pass AND money to commuting account like clipper card). good 401k and match and ESPP as well.
Sick time should be separate from PTO/vacation
good health insurance, dental and vision coverage is great
