401k matching, full medical, vision and Dental. Dental is pretty bad, hope you dont need any major surgery or root canals done- itll cost you a lot out of pocket. Basic office snacks and drinks. Catered lunches on special occasions only (birthdays and anniversaries). Monthly phone allowance, but you have to remember to enroll .
Good not great benefits pkg
No retirement plan and after 60 days you'll get insurance which the company covers very little.
Great support staff! The team at Nelson is always there to assist you in any questions of problems that should arise with your contractual work with them.
You get sick pay and paid holidays after so many hours. You get every week on time. They have health insurance that prices are low.
Best thing: rarely but medical plan sometimes pays you extra because the payout to the health provider was less than whatever minimum insurance company says they pay out. Worst: doesn't include Kaiser as choice, must pay pharmacy out of pocket then you get reimbursed partially later. Dental plan basically had me pay out of pocket for whole cleaning. You're not paid for unused sick days they expire when your temp job ends so use them or lose them.
No 401k matching. First time an employer has not offered that as a perk.
Shocked they don't offer 401 matching. That's pretty much standard these days. Healthcare, dental, vision, all standard. Nothing else offered that sets them apart.
Poorly administered - they don't keep track of what they need coverages lapse
Their health coverage for Administrative Assistants is the same that they offer temp employees that they out source. So basically, it covers nothing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
