NeoGenomics pays the entire cost for some benefits, others require employee cost-sharing, and some are paid entirely by the employee. To the extent feasible, certain benefits are provided on a tax-favored basis.
All full time employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following the date of hire.

My workplace has a policy for hourly employees that if they call out for any reason the day before or after a holiday they forfeit any holiday pay. They don’t have the same policy for salaried employees. This really rubs me the wrong way. I understand they don’t want people calling out unnecessarily but what if there is an emergency or someone is legitimately sick? People shouldn’t be penalized for that. Does anyone else’s workplace have that policy?

Competitive benefits package: health, 401k, parental leave, EAP, etc.
Generous PTO, but you do need to accrue it. Lots of additional corporate perks as well, like tuition assistance, 401K, wellness stipend, and so forth
NeoGenomics recently launched a parental leave benefit. They also find 20% of amount you elect for dependent care. Very family friendly company.
