At Nespresso, we value our employees and place a strong emphasis on providing a variety of options that work best for them and their families.
Amazing Benefits. 401k matching, best health insurance, pension, (small bonuses depending on dep), employee discounts.
The health insurance was alright but I didn't use it because I used my own. The 401K was a little too much, since I made a little every week I decided to not get 401k. I don't want a big deduction every week. The paid time off was alright but takes forever to receive.
Nothing bad about the benefits, they take good care of employees with their health plans and 401K. The perks also allows discounts on traveling (flights and hotels), movies, gift cards, etc.
Great benefits, flex work schedule if needed. Package is pretty standard. Some teams more flexible than others.
They really do take care of you. I had health benefits as a part-time employee which is amazing.
Best: 10 Paid Corporate Holidays and two Floating!! Worst: None that pertains to time off!
Best: several options for insurance, nestle also pays a significant amount. Worst: it's cancelled immediately upon separation.
No sick days, limited summer fridays . - Worst Best - Lunch Allowance, transport allowance
I love the brand: Great coffee, cares about the environment by recycling capsules at no cost to the consumer, and they also help farmers in places like Latin America to harvest better coffee beans.
The benefits are really impressive but each benefit has its own website and can be really complicated and time consuming if you have to call the company.
