Nest offers all of Google's benefits
Good benefit, like the company
You get all the benefits of Google but autonomy of a much smaller company. Excellent buildings, food, facilities. Generous 401K match and charity matching
The benefits are generous, but what I really love is building great products that are in the hands of real customers. Making the thoughtful home a better place to be. The work / life balance also means I choose when to take my work home with me and when I do it is appreciated not expected!
Free breakfast, lunch, dinner (GREAT food, esp at Miranda campus). Google's 401k matching up to 50%, and other google perks: massages, group discounts, etc. Good discounts on Nest HW, but oddly no discounts on Google HW yet.
Great place to work, benefits we're awesome. Employees were great to work with
