Company offer great benefits such as 401k, medical insurance, financial contribution towards child adoption, and stipend for pet adoption fees.
PTO and 401K are the best
Great options for health and dental benefits. The best perk is paternity leave for fathers. Cost is probably the worst portion but there's always a cost with insurance.
401k matching. Employer HSA contribution if you go on the high deductible health care plan. Employee discount at the Purina Store. Decent PTO accrual (after a few years of service). Three days of floating holiday/sick days. Con: must use PTO (vacation) for sick days after you use the three floating holiday days.
Great benefits from affordable health care, dental and vision packages in addition to generous 401K program. Additionally, company offers gym membership to associates and family. Company HR does a great job explaining all the benefits. PTO available to all employees increasing with seniority in the company.
Recently modified their PTO policy so that younger associates accrue more PTO in a shorter amount of time.
Pretty much every benefit you can imagine! Pension no longer exists for new employees but other than that, great company for great benefits. Maternity leave is 6 months!
