The Health Benefits are amazing.
Bonus structure seems unfairly weighted
Parental leave is the best outside of the tech industry. Primary parents get 26 weeks leave, 18 of which are paid at 100%. The other 8 weeks are unpaid, but you can supplement any accrued PTO, or you can come back as part of a phased return of 2 days in minimum. This is for any child born, fostered, or adopted up to age 18. Non-primary parents get 4 weeks leave paid 100% and you can tack PTO onto that as well. They also have dedicated pump rooms in every building and childcare on site.
