At Nestlé Purina, we value our people and place a strong emphasis on providing a variety of options that work best for them and their families.
time off is a little tough until you hit your two year mark.
5 weeks PTO, 4% 401k match, average health, no more pension, some holidays, no good perks even though there is a program for that
Comprehensive options with great additional perks such as an on-site gym, company store, and ability to bring pets to work.
With my position, the travel benefits are the most notable. Helpful and easy to use travel agency, generous meal allowance, weekends abroad include extra pay, and lots of consideration for security are some.
Vacation sucks first couple of years. Other than that, everything else is great.
Flexible hours and on-site health center
we receive a good percentage of matching for our 401k plan. The Paid Time Off is better than most other companies that I have looked at.
It’s a friendly working environment. Lots of perks. Good wages to with excellent benefits package including incentives bonuses.
I started in 2015 when the pension program was still intact, but after ending that for new hires, they increased the 401k match for new hires. Health insurance is mediocre, unless you opt for the more expensive plan.
The PTO accumulation is very poor. Almost impossible to take a real vacation in the first year. Poor work life balance at times.
