At Nestlé Purina, we value our people and place a strong emphasis on providing a variety of options that work best for them and their families.
Benefits are OK, more PTO to start would be better
Decent insurance, 401K match is nice, maternity leave is great, and some employees were offered pension.
Maternity leave is great, paternity leave policy could use some work. 401k should offer a Roth option and our match isn't extremely competitive. Obviously the pension is great for those who will receive it. Flexible/reduced work hours (beyond 6 months after childbirth) would be a great addition for those who want to continue working as a parent or as they near retirement, I think it would help the company be much more attractive to new hires.
The benefits at Purina are great, the maternity benefit is extremely generous.
Nestle Purina offers very competitive traditional benefit plans (e.g. health, 401k, etc.). It's the other, more non-traditional, benefits that really make things outstanding for employees. There is a gym and a daycare facility on-site, as well as a top-notch health clinic that eliminates the need to take time off for routine doctor / health issues. And of course, you can bring your pet to work! It's pretty great.
