They have decent coverage for Ft employees. You get a choice between multiple options and they company gives you health credits for getting preventative care and check ups done which is nice.

Out-of-pocket maximums, co-pays, and the employee premium for the insurance all get worse every year. It's just a function of the health insurance issues plaguing the US and the only winners are the insurance companies. Nestle is average or slightly above average compared to other companies.
