Good benefits for the US. - 401(k) with 4% match. Wish the investment choices were better, but I'd classify them as good enough. After tax contributions are possible but no in-service non-hardship withdrawals. - Pension plan has been frozen for new employees, and replaced by additional deposit in the 401(k). The plan is still going for hires before 01/2015. - Good health insurance choices, including HDHP with HSA. Free flu shots for what it's worth. Annual additional benefit if you go through health checks. - Vacation days are average at first but go up after 3, 5 and 20 years of service. - 10 paid holidays - No sick days, they're taken out of your PTO - Charity program, volunteering program. - Employee store is good - Very good FREE GYM in Glendale
Start off with two weeks vacation, by year two it goes up to three weeks.
