Nestle's health care insurance benefits are very reasonable. I saved quite a bit vs what I was paying for benefits elsewhere. They offer additional subsidies with biometric screening.

The cost of the medical benefits
Every year, we got less and paid more. I understand that benefit packages are expensive, and there are different plans you can choose.
I find that the benefits are skewed toward heteronormative people, and do not take into account the many options people choose for their lifestyles. Includes - not getting married, adopting a child as a single male, getting fertility benefits as an unmarried woman, etc etc. I encourage the company to investigate how their benefits structure can reinforce old-fashioned (and perception of not-progressive) "family values" and not embrace the variety of lifestyles we enjoy today, especially in more urban areas!
Way below average compared to other CPG companies
They have 10 paid holidays, generous vacation depending on your tenure, and sick pay. 401K plan is very good matches 50% up to 6% of your salary.
