Maternity leave extended up to 6 months....14 weeks paid. Paternity leave is one week paid
Best: generous 401K matching program. Affordable health insurance plans. Vacation increases to 3 weeks at 5 year anniversary. Excellent volunteerism program that offers $500 grants to charities. Worst: high deductibles and copays for health insurance. Management promised giveaways that never happened.
In my experience, the health insurance plans provided to employees offered several options from which to choose coverage. Especially appreciated the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits.
