2 shutdown weeks in the year can be taken as vacation or can non paid.
It used to be FANTASTIC, but for new people, due to the mandatory two weeks of shutdown every year, it's pretty rotten for new folks.
Used to be good. But forced holidays 2 times a year are taking a big chunk of the vacation.
good vacation and time off
The only ding I have here is that you're required to use 3 days each the weeks of July 4th and the week between Christmas and New Years at year end, as well as 2 holidays.
Company shuts down twice a year. Unpaid! Or they expect you to take vacation. Vacation has to be scheduled long time in advance.
There is not enough vacation time and everyone has a negative balance. Not competitive with the market.
Great accrual and paid holidays. NetApp also provides volunteer time off in addition to personal time off, sick time, bereavement leave, and jury duty. You can also borrow against your PTO if you do not have enough to cover your request.
