FALSE. Not anymore after Oracle acquisition. 13 days off including 3 mandatory Christmas days off, so essentially 10 days off.

There's no set limit to PTO at NetSuite.

Unlimited PTO days, subject to manager approval.

Unlimited paid time off is pretty standard. No one is shamed for taking PTO. Just give appropriate heads up and work around our project load as much as possible.

Standard - ask-your-boss-and-take-time-off policy. Most people take 3-4 weeks/year off.

unlimited PTO but a lot of people do not take pto, so the unlimited sounds good but reality not so great

Theoretically unlimited. So any one can take vacation immediate after joining.

"Unlimited" time off for salaried employees. Translated in the employee handbook to 3-4 weeks annually. Very nice to not have to accrue vacation time though.

You essentially have unlimited PTO, but with management discretion of course. They really focus on this benefit, but I got the impression that vacation days had to be "earned" in some way before taking them. It could hurt your brand to take advantage of this "perk".
