Every time i go to the doctors they tell me - wow you have good benefits! So it must be good.
Remedial PTO, 15 days + 4 floating holidays. Seems standard, until you realize that this includes ALL sick time, and that the company does not give off bank holidays, nor standard paid holidays (i.e.- day after thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, etc). If you plan to take the Friday after thanksgiving off, or need to take MLK day off to stay with you kids, plan on using your 19 days of PTO. Very averse to work from home.
NetSpend has a standard package of health, vision and dental benefits that seems competitive with other places. Vacation time increases with tenure, with the first jump at five years.
They may not provide stock options upfront, but management is good at identifying and rewarding hard workers.
Price for healthcare went up every year, sick time and vacation time was all from the same bucket, few perks.
Possible bonus every year. Parent company is old school and has that mentality.
create benefits package, ESPP, and 401K
Strong traditional benefits package and great culture. Average time off. Minimal perks. Executive team extremely averse to flexible work arrangements. If you decide to work here, be prepared to get to the office early everyday.
Benefits package is less robust and is more costly to the employee that with other global employers.
Plenty of vacation time, and they had a great 401(k) program. Also, the health insurance was SUPER cheap.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
