The program itself is fantastic and you are able to max out the benefit every month to save for retirement. My husband and I would like the opportunity to retire within the next 10-15 years (we are in our early 20's now) and this should make us able to do so. However, there are only two times a year in which you may begin your 401K plan. If it began when the rest of the benefits were available, 90 days after hire, then that would be better.

They don't offer matching contributions it's actually a third party you can go through. I am currently using an online 401k I did on my own, its pretty much equivalent but help to break it down if you are new to all this.

Available. The best that I can say about it. It isn't the best but not the worst.
