Full Benefits, and a retirement plan!
They offer benefits but it was not competitive as other companies. The worse is that you do not get paid for any holidays.
Bare minimum benefits. No PTO or vacation time. 3 days sick time only because it is now required by law.
It's a pretty poor insurance plan and was very expensive for the coverage offered
The culture is the best thing about network capital that's for sure.
Benefits are only available after completing the 90 days probation period
Benefits start after 60 days
Its OK i guess. They do pay a huge portion. I think it is 70%. But its not that great for families. Only if you are an individual
There are benefits but I was not at the company long enough to take full advantage of them.
401k and sponsorship for the NMLS exam are some of my favorite benefits. The company offers full dental and medical. You can also opt to apply for AFLAC, but I chose to use my own providers. The one thing the company offers very little of is Paid Time Off, which is fine because they only want people who want to work. If you're looking for a chill environment where you can check your Instagram, this is not the place for you.
