The best thing is that you get full benefits after 90 days of employment

Health benefits, vision, dental, 401k, great pay, great environment, great commission, vision and dental. After a certin amount of time you are eligible for paid time off.

As this is only my first few weeks at Network Capital I don't have any benefits yet, but after a 90 day trial period, I am eligible to receive them. After reading the employee handbook I think the benefits are going to be great for me. There are a lot of options.

The worst thing is you will not get any of this until you have worked there for over 3 months. Usually just before you get to that, they will try and fire you.

401k plans only apply to you after 90 days and they only do it every six months. So you might have to wait a little before acquiring your 401k plan
