Nearly every benefit the company offers becomes available to the employee 90 days after hire. At almost every other job I had, the benefits did not kick in for at least 8 months.
only medical, dental, and visions after 60 days but you probably won't make it pass 30 days.. No Vacation No PTO No Holidays pay and your likely to work holidays No Reimbursement options 401k I'm not sure but they do have it.. it's more than likely just as bad as the benefits option
Base pay, lots of overtime and commission. There is bonuses for top employees also.

Thus far, every week the surprises keep getting larger. I received a $3.00 hourly raise after 12 business days on the job. I have the capability to make an additional $5K per month in commission.
