Great benefits, cafe on site, gym membership, charitable events, bonuses and trips.
The benefits are pretty much nonexistent
The perks here are pretty great. They offer lots of bonuses and incentives on top of a gym membership and have a cafe on site at the office, which was super delicious!
The personal development that I was given was so helpful. It helped me put a lot of things into perspective in my own personal life as well.
Minimum pay. However, full paid training, full time positions available, travel opportunities, GYM MEMBERSHIP!
Job postings say benefits, but they do not offer insurance, 401k, or any benefits a credible company provides. Sure they're A+ rated by BBB, but that's because they've been tweaking this game for a while.
PTO after 90 days. Travel offered monthly. Company retreat in exotic locations 1-2 times a year. Free on site gym and cafe. Charity match program. Health plan offered after 90 days or 120 depending on title
NO Healthcare NO PTO You work Holidays Expected to go to team night every week religiously Must go to atmosphere every day Had to go to atmosphere on Saturdays sometimes for less than 15 minutes They will require you to participate in contests where if you lose you have to either catch the winner's credit card on your forehead so it imprints the numbers on your head, do 10 push ups saying "XX is my big daddy" after each push up, take notes all week for the winner, buy them breakfast or lunch, take a pie to the face, give them a lap dance, etc.-similar to fraternity hazing ***IF YOU GET PROMOTED TO MANAGER WHERE YOU RUN YOUR OWN OFFICE THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO GIVE THEM POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND GIVE INCENTIVES SO YOU SAVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO WHEN YOU SEE THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND LEAVE, THEY WILL KEEP ALL YOUR SAVED MONEY. IT IS INSANE******* There literally NO BENEFITS. No PTO, expected to work over 40 hrs per week for $10 per hour, and commission doesn't come into play until 4 installs. They keep the first $540...then you get $20 of third install and finally a full $180 on the 4th, but that all is based off one week, so if you have 4 installs on Saturday and 4 on Monday you get $360. Most companies do this monthly which would be $900 for two weeks and you wouldn't have to start over with the counter on Sunday. If you did this for a whole month with Acquisitions (4 installs a week for 4 weeks you'd get $800: $20 for install #3 and $180 fir install #4) At a normal commission based job it would be: 4 installs for 4 weeks with week one only counting as 1 install due to the company having to get theirs = $2340. Is this becoming clear that this is an unethical business?
Best thing is the better packages offered are based upon position not a timeframe with the company
The best thing I like about New Acquisitions benefits is that they are always there when you need them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
