provided insurance but rates were too high
It is comprehensive and fair.
Best thing would be generous sick/vacation days.
The salary is paltry and there really is no benefit package.
My husband's health insurance package was better, so I did not elect healthcare through NAC. However, for an entry level position, the leave package was incredible. 20 vacation days, 5 personal days and 12 sick days, plus paid national holidays, and an occasional suprise extra paid holiday.
It's one of the worst benefits package I ever received from a company.
Dental options are slim, and not very good
The best: 20 days of vacation, 5 personal days The worst: employee's contribution towards the cost of the health insurance
Pretty affordable health insurance if you have single coverage. Standard dental and vision coverage at low rates. The vacation days and personal days are pretty good. Movie tickets are $8.00!
good vacation days and flexible work hours to accommodate time spent in field
