The worst thing about the benefits package is that the health Insurance co pay can be pricey. Other than that I’m ok with my benefits.
Best: Employee Gym and a Benefits Director that truly cares about employees. No 403b match, no paid maternity leave (have to use your paid time off), only allow 12 weeks maternity - need to do more for working mothers
Horrible pay. Seriously can't live off of this. The only plus side is nice medical benefits. But I don't need hospital care, I need a freaking paycheck to pay my bills.
One of my favorite things about the benefits is the low-cost health insurance!
Pension plan and the best health insurance in town
Best: Pension! 403B (Although no longer price matches) price for vision, dental and health ins. for family is very low. Worst: if you need medication (long term) you have to get 90 days rx mailed or pay more out of pocket. I hate it.
Great low costs to all benefits. Co-pay for emergency room visits are really high.
Best is that I had great dental coverage in a time of need! I think the benefits were good, but pay was not fitting for the job and all it entailed.
The benefit package for full time employees is great. Great coverage, for a great price.
The insurance package is the best in town! The worst thing about it is that they increase the co pay every year. The fees for going to ER are too high. And feeling forced to change PCP to get lower co pay. If you pick one in their group, it's a lower copay.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
