The best thing is that they are always looking for the best rate, best deal for the employees. They also give a great childcare discount to it's employees.
Health insurance is expensive vs salary. PTO is FAR behind any other corporation.
High deductibles for a high monthly payment - very unaffordable on a preschool teacher's pay. Nice to see that other opportunities (dental, life, etc.) are made available, but are largely unattainable due to large monthly costs.

Fexible on weekly schedule. Could work 4 10 hour days and if you needed a Friday off typically could switch your day off
