    Very high medical premiums, not the greatest of medical coverage, ok dental, good vision but no bonuses and no raises

    Only thing after 3 years is 401k. No other benefits aside from vacation and there is never coverage to actually take it without feeling guilty sine the team is already spread thin.

    Health, Dental, Eye coverage is good, but very expensive. Last I knew they do not have a company match for the 401k. There are no such things as sick days and days off other than your vacation. It is also very tough to get what you want off for vacation because the company blacks out several weeks throughout the year.

    Benefits? What are these mysterious things? No, there are no benefits at NPME. Well, I did get forced to contribute to 401K at some point after about a year or so but there was a lot of commotion about it from the employees because they noticed money missing from their pay. Oh, and you do get vacation and holiday pay (like most places) but you kind of get ripped off for pay because you get paid your "average" which is unfairly offset for the first two years because it refers to your prior year average which is calculated to include the months that you weren't employed for. For example, If you started in June January - May would be calculated as 0 hours per week and it lowers your average dramatically so basically you won't see a fairly paid vacation for 2 years unless you start in January.

    401k match is only 2% of your salary. They word it fancy with .50 cents in dollar up to 4% but that's just some of the games this company plays. No meaningful year end bonus. Health care is average.
