Was good before it was changed to "accrued vacation". Expected to find your own coverage which includes training someone to do your job (which they don't want to).
The way it is calculated in terms of compensation is unfair. You get a much lower pay rate because it is based off of your "average work week". How this is calculated is by paying you for your average hours worked per day/per week. This seems legit, but is is calculated based on the entire year but includes the time in which you were not employed there so it can devastate the average. For example, if you stated the job in July, your average is calculated to include January-June as 0 hours so your vacation pay will be much lower that the actual average.
Very competitive for part timers.
