Lots of benefits, Mental Health, Parental Leave, Bereavement etc. Health care is not subsidized fully or that heavilly for tech. Costs a few hundred a paycheck for a small family. The huge plus is remote work!

Flex Time Off every year
Great insurance! Unlimited PTO but cannot always take when needed.
Worst thing is that parental leave requires repayment if the employee does not return for 3 full months post-leave. This is regardless of employee tenure.
